CustomizeSportsWear will do our best to complete your order. However, in some special situations, we have outlined the return standards and policies below.

• Not eligible for return:

  Choosing the wrong size – please check the size carefully or order samples.
  Minor color variations – we strive for accurate color matching, but slight differences may occur; not covered unless it's a serious color or pattern error.
  Used or altered uniforms – items must be unused and intact to qualify.

• Eligible for return:

  Pattern error • Serious color error • Wrong name • Wrong player number • Wrong sponsor name • Torn jerseys

• Return Process (Easy Returns):

  1. Contact us within 5 days of receiving the uniforms, ensuring items are unused, intact, and repackaged. Include proof of purchase and all accessories.
  2. Ship via your local post office and retain postage receipt.
  3. Email us a copy of the postage receipt; we will issue a refund once the returned parcel is received.
